The Profound and Intersting Fengshui.

In fact, I am very interested in Fengshui. I have read lots of books about it. Like “The Secret of Grave Robber(盗墓笔记)”"Green capsule corpse clothing(青囊尸衣)”geomancer(阴阳先生)”, “The Yellow River ghost coffins(黄河鬼棺)” and many other books. Fengshui is the basic knowledge in grave robber or for a geomancer. According to these books, Fengshui of one’s grave is not only responsible for the fate of the dead’s family, but also responsible for whether the dead can get peace to his soul and not become a corpse. Fengshui is determined by two parts: the environment or arrangement, and Chi from the dead. For example, if a place have many impropriate objects or constructions, bad Chi is more likely to gathered here, which will do harm to the place’s owner. And if a guy died with grievance in some place, then this place’ fengshui can also be terrible and bad luck will be with anyone who lives here. About the first point, actually, it can be explained by scientific theory. When a construction is absonant(不协调的) it will influence people’s mood, which will subtly affect the emission of hormone. But when people stay in this place for a long time, it makes a big difference. People may become negative and will not achieve a good ending. Another point cannot be explained by nowadays’s scientific theory, but it does not means it cannot be explained in the future. In fact, when you go to the Forbidden City, in some place you will obviously feel very cold even though it is in summer. The Forbidden city‘s Fengshui is among the best in china, but because so many people were killed there, the Chi can still make you feel chill. One of the reasons why most people don’t believe in fengshui any longer is that those disgusting jugglers have already ruined its fame by cheating people. Though I am also not sure whether these incredible things exist or not, Fengshui is indeed profound and of long standing. I am interested in them.

  1. Your blog has a good beginning. And you express your idea Very clearly. :) I think that the translation of those books sound a little strange, and did you translate them word by word?

  2. Thank your for your Chinese explanation! It seems that you believe in fengshui and convince that fengshui has its own scientific evidence. But I think it is better for you to pay more attention to your prepositions :) Looking forward to your next blog! Good luck!
