Open heart to love

For me, the world would be a better place if everyone can open their hearts to love. It is not uncommon to see some people criticizing the coldness, stoniness and numbness of the world or complaining about the lack of love. Moreover, they throw their anger and unhappiness to the world, blame their loneliness to the people around, because they cannot feel love in their lives. But just as Buddha pointed out, “The way is not in the sky, the way is in the heart.” They close their hearts to love and cover their hearts with dense mistrust and estrangement. These covers are so thick that little love can penetrate through. If everyone can open their hearts to the miracle of love, the world, in my opinion, would be a better place and a perfect paradise.

    If everyone opens their hearts to love; coldness, stoniness and numbness that they feel would no longer exist in their worlds. They would be able to find the love around, to feel the warmth of love, to see the beauty of the world, and even to spread love instead of criticizing the whole world and feeling misery about their lives. Therefore, the world could become a better place with love all around. Moreover, with open hearts, we could learn from the unfavorable things in lives. These things come in the form of disappointments, hurts, separations and so on. With open hearts, everyone would try to gain experience from painful things, try to learn about love layer by layer and be optimistic about their lives. At that time, we all would be brave enough to love, strong enough to forgive, generous enough to rejoice in another’s happiness, and wise enough to know there is enough love to go around for us all. And I am sure that the world would become a better place if everyone does so.
