A Love Letter to Nanjing University

2012 is the 110 anniversary of Nanjing University. Though I did not spend much time there, I still appreciate the chance she gave to study, to make friends, and most important, to be an individual. This poem is a love letter to her, to honor and to remember.

The day I left,

as I looked back,

I knew I was going to miss you.

We have met,

we have departed,

but I know we will meet again.

Do you know,

I am so honored to have met you 

in my most beautiful period of my life? 

Though I am miles away,

I still miss the campus where I have stayed for two months.

On such a joyous occasion,

please accept my sincere blessings and well wishes for you.
