Blog1-"Mr.Seto"-"Two things I protest about"

1.The things I protest most is going to the war. I believe that life is the most expensive thing in the world. Nobody wants to send his or her brothers or any other family members to the war. we should not go to wars if we have any other solutions. If there is a conflict between two countries, please have negotiations with each other. Never put the world into a war. Just enjoy the peace and enjoy your life.
2.Cut in education is the other thing that I protest about. Education is relevant to a country`s future. It is the most important thing that can make a country become more and more powerful. Cut in education means that some families can not afford to send their children to school and may affect the quality of school teaching. If a country make this choice, it is really a loss.

  1. In the sentence "I believe that life is the most expensive thing in the world",I think "expensive" is not suitable. The word "expensive" is explained "entailing great expense; very high-priced; costly: an expensive party" from dictionary.com.Maybe "valuable" is better

    1. Thank you very much. I would change it into "invaluable".

  2. Hello,Lioniel!
I really appreciate your views in this blog, but there is still something which should be thought twice.
I think MOST people do not want to send their family members to the war, including me lah. However, there are still a few people holding the opposite opinion.Perhaps they think that going to the war and fighting for their country are of great glory.
